Young Agents of Change (YAC) is a Ukrainian non-governmental, non-political and non-profit youth organisation working at the national and international levels. The organisation’s goals are, among others, to increase the engagement of young people in social and political processes; to develop their leadership potential, sense of initiative and civic competences; to contribute to the civil society formation through the youth volunteering. Their work includes providing training, resources, and support to help displaced youth integrate into local communities and participate actively in society. With a strong track record of more than 50 national and international projects, the NGO continues to be a catalyst for positive change, empowering young Ukrainians and advocating for their active involvement in shaping a brighter future.
European Integration Association (EIG) is a Turkish organisation dedicated to integrating young individuals, start-up companies, institutions, NGOs, and corporate entities with European values and the evolving digital world. Particularly attentive to the needs of displaced youth, EIG strives to support their social development and integration into society. Through their projects, EIG not only aims to solve problems but also educates local communities about the benefits of youth initiatives and the significance of the issues they address. EIG operates with a committed team of diverse talents, striving to make a lasting impact on the integration and development of youth in Turkey.
Georgian Youth Development Association (GYDA) has been a leading force in youth development since 2015, particularly focusing on the challenges faced by Internally Displaced Persons and refugees. With a track record of 70 percent of projects dedicated to conflict resolution and integration, GYDA is poised to offer specialized training courses for youth workers, addressing the specific needs of displaced young people. Their extensive experience in hosting over 30 successful Youth Exchange programs ensures a targeted approach, emphasizing empowerment and participation of the affected youth. Through strategic partnerships with schools and universities, GYDA aims to create a comprehensive educational environment for displaced youth.
European Meeting Centre – Nowy Staw Foundation (EDS-FNS), established in 1993, is a cornerstone for youth work and community development in Poland. Through initiatives like the Economic Forum of Young Leaders and exchange projects under the Erasmus+ Programme, the Foundation empowers young individuals, including those socially excluded or threatened with exclusion. They focus on themes such as entrepreneurship, culture, and European integration, fostering a spirit of collaboration and solidarity among nations. The Foundation has extensive experience working with displaced youth, particularly from Ukraine. Since the onset of the war, they have provided comprehensive support, including accommodation, legal aid, and vocational integration programs.
MilleniuM Training and Development Institute (MilleniuM), an NGO founded in 2000, is a leader in youth work and community development in the Republic of Moldova. They specialize in empowering young individuals through quality non-formal education, focusing on topics such as career planning, leadership, and personal development. Over the years, MilleniuM has honed its expertise in managing youth projects, enhancing the capabilities of youth organisations, and fostering civic engagement. Particularly noteworthy is their work with displaced youth, offering support through initiatives like the Educational Youth Centre, providing a space for cultural exchange, skill-building, and personal growth. In response to the Ukrainian refugee crisis, MilleniuM has dedicated efforts to organising non-formal educational activities and establishing Youth Work Mobile Teams to reach remote areas where youth lack access to such opportunities.
