Stronger Together:

Strengthening Youth Workers and Organisations for Displaced Youth Integration and Resilience

ABOUT
THE PROJECT

The “Stronger Together” project focuses on tackling the significant challenges experienced by displaced youth—including both refugees and internally displaced persons—in Ukraine, Georgia, Turkey, Moldova, and Poland. The initiative’s core goal is to empower youth workers and their supporting organizations by equipping them with essential tools, skills, and innovative strategies—such as trauma-informed care and cross-cultural communication—to better facilitate the integration of displaced young people. Ultimately, this project aims to build resilience, encourage active participation, and create inclusive, united communities that enable young people to overcome the obstacles in their everyday lives.
